Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) athletics provides a unique platform for young athletes to develop their physical skills and moral and spiritual values. The Verdugo Conference is a competitive league within the CYO that includes various Catholic schools. It allows students in grades 3-8 to compete in sports such as track and field, cross country, flag football, volleyball, basketball, and soccer. The Verdugo Conference provides a platform for athletic competition and encourages the development of Christian ideals and values among its participants. Students from different schools come together by participating in this conference, fostering a sense of camaraderie and mutual respect.
